Management/Executive Coaching
To drive organizational change related to a new business
strategy and business model, Enact provided 1:1 coaching
to the CEO and executive team, as well as strategy facilitation
and consultation on change management issues. |
Leadership
Development
Enact worked with an innovative financial services company
to design and deliver a week-long leadership retreat
for its high-potential senior managers and executives. The
custom design developed the skills required to execute
the business utilizing the CEO’s core leadership
principles.
In partnership with the company’s COO, Enact developed
an “immersive learning” format targeting key
business issues faced by the firm. Participants worked
in a simulated environment to demonstrate required leadership
skills while running a fictitious business. |
Management
Development
A large consumer goods company had launched a new people
strategy revolving around the coaching relationship between
manager and employee. Enact designed a one-day
coaching module for all managers, focusing on a new mind-set
as well as the skills and tools to implement it.
To assess the effort’s individual and organizational
ROI, Enact created a 1:1 impact assessment process for
all managers. Many managers reported that the assessment
process was the most impactful development activity they
had ever experienced. |

manager assimilation, team development, and planning. In
